About the Role
A leading international digital organisation is seeking a Head of IT Development to drive the evolution, reliability, and scalability of its core technology platform across multiple markets.
You will define the technology direction, ensure operational excellence, and lead a high‑performing engineering function that delivers secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions. Working closely with Product and senior stakeholders, you will play a central role in enabling business growth and platform innovation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and drive the technology strategy and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and long‑term sustainability.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of platform components aligned with product and business priorities.
- Ensure platform reliability and performance, including incident management and operational governance.
- Lead DevOps and infrastructure excellence, improving deployment efficiency, automation, and system stability.
- Own security and compliance across the technology landscape, ensuring adherence to regulatory and data‑protection requirements.
- Partner closely with Product, BI, Operations, and regional teams to ensure alignment and measurable business impact.
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing technology organisation with strong structure, accountability, and delivery discipline.
