Short Description

An established technology organisation is seeking an experienced CyberSecurity Business Development Manager to join their high‑performing team.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with occasional office days and client site visits.

Role Purpose:

  • Drive new client acquisition and expand the organisation's CyberSecurity and Cloud portfolio
  • Build a scalable, repeatable client acquisition strategy
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
  • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in CyberSecurity and Cloud sales/business development
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven track record in selling Microsoft Azure / Sentinel‑aligned services

Key Performance Areas:

1. Identifying New Business Opportunities

  • Analyse ideal client profiles based on profitability and growth potential
  • Manage and optimise Client Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Evaluate and prioritise new business opportunities

2. Acquiring New Clients

  • Maintain and grow a strong network of CyberSecurity partners
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business and collaboration needs
  • Select acquisition methods aligned with CAC and market trends
  • Manage and track Client Lifetime Value (CLV)

3. Post‑Acquisition Management

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Pre‑Sales, and cross‑functional teams
  • Provide accurate, high‑quality information to internal stakeholders

4. External Relationship Building

  • Represent the organisation as a trusted CyberSecurity partner
  • Respond to external information requests
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking engagements

5. Self‑Management & Organisational Contribution

  • Set and track personal development goals
  • Demonstrate professionalism and cultural awareness
  • Share best practices and participate in on‑site learning initiatives

Technical Competencies

  • Strong CyberSecurity and Cloud sales acumen
