An established technology organisation is seeking an experienced CyberSecurity Business Development Manager to join their high‑performing team.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with occasional office days and client site visits.

- Minimum 4+ years' CyberSecurity & Cloud sales/business development experience
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of CyberSecurity and Microsoft Azure solutions
Role Purpose:
- Drive new client acquisition and expand the organisation's CyberSecurity and Cloud portfolio
- Build a scalable, repeatable client acquisition strategy
- Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
- Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in CyberSecurity and Cloud sales/business development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record in selling Microsoft Azure / Sentinel‑aligned services
Key Performance Areas:
1. Identifying New Business Opportunities
- Analyse ideal client profiles based on profitability and growth potential
- Manage and optimise Client Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Evaluate and prioritise new business opportunities
2. Acquiring New Clients
- Maintain and grow a strong network of CyberSecurity partners
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business and collaboration needs
- Select acquisition methods aligned with CAC and market trends
- Manage and track Client Lifetime Value (CLV)
3. Post‑Acquisition Management
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Pre‑Sales, and cross‑functional teams
- Provide accurate, high‑quality information to internal stakeholders
4. External Relationship Building
- Represent the organisation as a trusted CyberSecurity partner
- Respond to external information requests
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking engagements
5. Self‑Management & Organisational Contribution
- Set and track personal development goals
- Demonstrate professionalism and cultural awareness
- Share best practices and participate in on‑site learning initiatives
